Gary J Arnold, DDS, PLLC
Head, Hands and Heart
Dr. Arnold graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and soon after came to practice in Brighton. While practicing here, he was also a part time clinical instructor at the U-M Dental school. He quickly realized that his strength was in developing close, one on one, relationships and solving the clinical challenges that were only possible in private practice.
To confront these challenges, Dr. Arnold soon found out that continuing education was the only way to insure consistent, quality results. Today, he has over 2000 hours of advanced education in restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry, as well as courses in business management, psychology, leadership and communication skills. He is a alumni of the L.D. Pankey Institute in Florida and, most recently the LSU Continuum for Advanced Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Arnold has served at many levels of organized dentistry as the Chairperson of the MDA’s Scientific Program Committee for 10 years, President of the statewide crown and bridge study club - FRANCIS B VEDDER SOCIETY. He was the first President of the Livingston District Dental Society, as well as a member on several other local committees. For years, he has volunteered for the statewide Donated Dental Services program, the Ann Arbor Mack Childrens’dental clinic, and just recently, the new VINA Dental Clinic for low income patients in the Livingston County area. This completes the circle of care that Dr. Arnold chooses to provide, from advanced cosmetic and restorative dental care to those who request that and basic services to others in need.
He is married to Geri, his wife of 35 years and has two grown children , Chas and Sara. Yoga, golf, hiking, travel and music fill his time when he’s not thinking about better ways to serve people through dentistry!
